Do you do boarding school summer storage in Connecticut?
Yes. We pick up plastic totes from dorms at CT prep schools, store them over summer or winter break, and deliver back to campus or home. That includes Choate, Taft, Hotchkiss, Canterbury, Forman, and the other independent boarding schools we list.
What is ship-to-school?
Ship boxes to School Storage. In-room delivery is $50 per item we receive — you only pay for what arrives. We deliver to the dorm on or before move-in day.
Do you do regular household moves?
Packed bins only. Moving is $300 from A to B, pickup included. Move back in is another $300. We do not move furniture.
Do you move furniture?
No. School Storage is plastic totes, shipping boxes, and dorm storage. Pack it in a bin or a box. If it doesn’t fit, we don’t take it. No desks, beds, dressers, couches, or mattresses.
How big are the totes?
Standard moving size — roughly a large cardboard box, about 24–27" on the long side and 12–13" tall. Specs confirmed when you book.
Is delivery included?
Shipping includes in-room delivery. Storage pickup is +$100. Moving A to B includes pickup. You’ll see the total in the quote grid before you send it.
Can I keep them longer?
Yes. Extra weeks stay at $3 per tote.
Lost or damaged totes?
A replacement fee applies for lost or unusable bins. Normal wear is expected.
